This letter is being written to address questions and concerns related to Blum Shapiro’s role in The Connecticut Regional Institute for the 21st Century (CRI-21) study that looks at the future of Long Term Care (LTC) in the state. We feel it is critically important to correct any misperceptions about the conclusions of the study or where we stand as a firm on the findings.
